On Match: “We played some solid volleyball today but fell short. We struggled with serving consistency and hitting our targets. Josh Mullaney had a strong match attacking and blocking. Kyle Behiels (3rd year, middle, Edmonton,AB) started for the first time this year. Kyle was solid offensively and had a strong match from the service line. We did not get the result we wanted this weekend, but had some steady play and solid performances.”

Next home match for Thompson Rivers will be Friday, January 19, 2018 when they entertain the University of Saskatchewan Huskies on the Warner Rentals Court at the Tournament Capital Centre. Game time will be 6 pm.
TRU returns to regular season play with two weekends of play on the road. They visit Mount Royal (Jan 5-6) and then Regina (Jan 12-13).
