It was another day of minor victories for the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack swim team at the Canada West championships.
Day two results saw: Ryley McRae (1st year, Kamloops, BC) placed 19th in the 100 Fly.

Emily Dagasso (1st year, Kamloops, BC) placed 4th in the “B” Final of the 200 Backstroke.

Matt Gauthier (2nd year, Sylvan Lake, AB) placed 21st in the 100 Breaststroke and 32nd in the 50 Freestyle. While Gabrielle Dagasso (2nd year, Kamloops, BC) placed 27th in the 200 Free.

Head Coach Brad Dalke commented, “ If the swimmers are making it through the prelims and into finals they’re swimming really well. Emily’s 200 Back was a really exciting race while narrowly missing her entry time.”

In the standings, both WolfPack teams are eighth in their respective gender divisions.

The event wraps up tomorrow.
