THEY SAID IT! (post match quotes):

TRU head coach Chad Grimm

On match: “Great come back from yesterday by our group. I thought we did a tremendous job of taking care of the ball and playing to the identity that we need to to be successful. We talked about serving the ball tough and being disciplined and needing to dig like crazy. We did all of those things very well. Even when Alberta started to push back, we didn’t get frustrated. We made them work to earn their points. The result was obviously positive for us taking care of them in their gym which is very difficult. It was a great performance by our entire team. Nice way for the girls to end their first semester and go into the Christmas break.”

The WolfPack are now off until Friday, January 4th when they visit the University of Manitoba Bisons. Match time is 6 pm CDT. Next home action for the WolfPack is Friday January 11th when they entertain the Mount Royals Cougars on the Warner Rentals court at the Tournament Capital Centre. Match time is 5 pm.
