Cascades Hand WolfPack Defeat On Their ‘Shoot For the Cure’ Night

The Cascades were celebrating their “Shoot for the Cure” night—a fundraiser all USport women’s basketball teams are a part of. Funds from the night go towards breast cancer research. The WolfPack led 19-17 after the first quarter and outscored Fraser Valley 17-5 in the final quarter.

Head coach Scott Reeves has this assessment of the opposition this weekend: “They can score in a variety of ways which has been our struggle all year. We have to be solid on both sides of the basketball. They are playing more zone than in the past so we will have to hit some shots to stay competitive.”
